Max Herrenbruck
Max is a sophomore at Drake High School.
Cal Hinshaw
Cal is a junior at Redwood High School. He is on the school
mountain biking team and plays guitar. He programs regularly,
and enjoys soldering and designing circuits. He has a computer
science research internship at Abratech in Sausalito. Cal also
mentored the local middle school's FIRST Lego League team.
Ranae Jabri
Ranae is a senior at Redwood High School.
Rashi King-Abramson
Rashi is a freshman at Redwood High School. He
is a an avid dodge ball player, is learning how to
program, and is involved in Marin Robotics
because of his interest in how things work.
Jackson Lundgren
Jackson is a freshman at Tam High School. He
swims, pays bass, and enjoys biking. He is
interested in building stuff.
Tyler Murphy
Tyler is a junior at Tamiscal High School and plays
soccer and piano. He is involved in robotics because
he enjoys making things.
Thomas Nattestad
Thomas is a freshman at Redwood. He is a, "good
student," enjoys programming and science, and
plays guitar. Originally from Denmark, Thomas
enjoys the team work, working with wood, handrills,
and electronics involved on the robotics team.
Gabe Nunez
Gabe is a junior at Redwood. His life's joys consist of
bass, sleeping, eating, bass, sleeping, eating, bass,
sleeping, eating, and robots... "maybe..."
Amara Painter

Amara is a junior at Redwood High School. She is very involved in her school
work, is the principle violist in the Marin Symphony Youth Orchestra, and
enjoys casual biking. She is doing research with Professor Diaz from
Dominican University regarding the economic crisis. She loves math and
science, and is involved in the team because of her interest in electronics
and programming.
Travis Powell

Travis is a sophomore from Tam High School, and is a member of the
mountain biking team there. He has a passion for fine food and cooking,
and also loves French. He enjoys programming and web design, which
brought him to the team.
Sam Salin

Sam is a sophomore at Drake High School. He enjoys
mechanics, and is one of the few students on the team who
can use the lathe. He also mountain bikes.
Zander Slavtiz
Zander is a sophomore at Redwood High School,
and mountain bikes regularly: he is on the Redwood
mountain biking team, races in downhill mountain
biking events, and he also bikes cross country trails.
He has a particular interest in alternative energy
developments and hopes to work with a professor
at MIT about his ideas regarding the subject. As a
member of "Amigos", he will live with a
Latin-American family over the summer. His
interest in electronics, programming, and building,
brought him to Marin Robotics.
Nick Sullivan-Friedman
Nick is a freshman at Tam High School. He is
a programmer,and is involved in cross country
and track.
Jonathan Van Ness
Jon is a sophomore at Redwood High School.
He is on the cross country and track teams.
He is interested in computers, programming,
and engineering.
Joe Weber

Joe is a freshman at Tam High School. He
plays water polo and swims, and he also
plays the bagpipe. He is involved on the
team because of his interest in computers
and programming.
Savannah Whitman
Savannah is a sophomore at Drake High School. She
writes on the school newspaper.
